I had a mix-up with my test results login, which was frustrating because I really just wanted to access everything right away. I do wish it hadn’t taken as long as it did, but support got it sorted by the next day, fixed the issue, and even followed up afterward. Not a perfect experience, but they did make it right.

"Rough blood draw and bad bruising"
I went to Labcorp for routine blood work the person who drew my blood did not handle it well. They seemed rushed from the start and kept moving the needle around in my arm, which made it hurt way more than any blood draw I’ve had before. By the next day, I had a big dark bruise and my arm was sore anytime I bent it. I’ve had blood taken plenty of times, so I know this wasn’t normal. I really blame the way it was done, not just bad luck. I won’t be going back to that location if I can avoid it.
"Booking took more effort than it should’ve"
Trying to schedule an appointment through Labcorp was more frustrating than I expected. It would show available times, but then when I clicked on one, it either disappeared or wouldn’t load properly. I ended up refreshing the page a few times and basically starting over. I did eventually get an appointment, so it worked in the end, but it felt like way too much hassle for something that should be simple, if that makes sense.

"I’ve used Labcorp a few times now…"
I’ve used Labcorp a few times now, and umm, I’ve felt comfortable with how they handle personal information. Check-in was quick and didn’t feel loud or awkward. The staff didn’t say my details out in front of everyone, and my results were only available in my account, which really matters to me. Nothing fancy, just felt private and handled the right way. I’d use them again.

"Plenty of tests to choose from"
I was actually surprised by how many tests were available. I went in expecting just a few basic options, but there was a solid selection, which made it easier to find what I needed. Random side note, it kind of reminded me of picking snacks at a huge grocery store where you show up for one thing and suddenly you're comparing 12 different kinds of crackers. Anyway, the variety was definitely a plus and made the whole process feel more convenient.

"Quick visit, but kind of a blur"
I think my appointment was some time in the morning, or maybe closer to lunch the whole timeline is a little fuzzy. The phlebotomist did get my vein on the first try, which I really appreciated. It just felt a bit rushed, and they weren’t especially friendly. Nothing terrible happened, but it wasn’t anything special either. Average experience overall.

I used labcorp for some routine blood work, i appreciated that the pricing was easier to find than I expected. I’ve had medical bills before where I felt totally trapped waiting to see what I’d get charged, so it was a relief to have at least some idea upfront. It wasn’t perfect, though, I still had to double-check a couple things with my insurance, and the costs can still get a little confusing. The site was simple enough to use overall. Giving 4 stars because it was a decent experience, but I still wish the billing side felt clearer.

"Decent visit, but could’ve been cleaner"
I can’t say this Labcorp wasn’t okay overall. The waiting room looked mostly clean, and the chairs weren’t messy or anything. That said, the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention, and I noticed some dirt on the floor near the check-in area. It wasn’t terrible, just didn’t feel super fresh. The staff was fine, but for a medical place, I expected it to be a bit cleaner. Giving it 3 stars

"Way quicker than I expected"
I really thought I was gonna be sitting around forever, but they called me back in maybe 10 minutes. Check-in was easy too, even with a few people in front of me. The blood draw only took a couple minutes and I was out way sooner than I figured. Always nice when a lab visit doesn’t end up taking your whole morning.

"Professional, But Left Me Feeling a Bit Unimportant"
They were professional and got things done, but i felt like the whole experience was a little rushed. I was hoping for a warmer, more personal touch, and instead I left feeling kind of overlooked.

"I don’t know who’s in charge of the…"
I don’t know who’s in charge of the mobile app, but they really need to spend some time fixing it. It keeps logging me out for no reason, and the results take forever to load. The website works fine for me, so it’s extra frustrating that the app is such a hassle to use.

I called in expecting the usual headache, but the phone help was actually really good. The person I spoke with was patient, explained things clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. They helped me figure out what to do, gave a few simple options, and walked me through it step by step, like where to click, what to check, what to try next, and even what to do if it happened again. it was just a nice, straightforward support call

"Confusing experience and not worth the hassle"
My order and requisition somehow got mixed up, it felt like no one really knew what was going on. I spent way too much time calling around trying to get a straight answer, which made the whole thing frustrating. Maybe it was just a bad process on their end, but from my experience, I wouldn’t use them again

"Why is this so complicated?"
I don’t get why this has to be such a hassle. The pages take forever to load, and the login keeps acting weird for no clear reason. I just want to get in and use the site, not deal with all these little issues every time.

"Do not trust Lab Corp"
My doctor was using LabCorp for my quarterly blood work and kept finding my A1C at borderline prediabetic at 6.5... I give blood every 60 days a Gulf Coast blood center Am I even see has consistently been and still is between 5.7 and 5.8.
I believe LabCorp is consistently setting they're findings right at free diabetic knowing that the doctor will continue doing blood work quarterly and they continue getting business although it makes my A1C it pre-diabetic knowing the doctor will not put me on medication. Gulf Coast blood center only deals with blood and I believe Gulf Coast Blood centers findings are much more accurate than someone trying to continually keep business coming their way... And providing false information as I believe LabCorp is trying to do. I made my doctor aware of this situation... And she told me others have complained about LabCorp's results as well but nobody other than myself had proof as I had two different companies verifying my blood work.

The actual test at Labcorp was totally fine, no real complaints there. The part that threw me off was the insurance billing. It seemed a little slow and confusing, though maybe I just wasn’t understanding the process correctly at first. I ended up calling twice just to make sure it was being billed the right way. It did get worked out in the end, but I wish things had been a little clearer from the beginning...

"Not Totally Sure I Trust the Process"
I’ll admit, they seem professional on the surface and the staff is usually polite, so maybe things are handled fine most of the time. But after my experience, I just don’t feel fully confident in how they manage specimens anymore. It’s hard to shake that doubt once it’s there.
