"This establishment engages in questionable business practices."
You would expect that Labcorp, considering the numerous complaints made against their practices, would make some effort to improve. However, it seems that they will only wake up when faced with additional lawsuits.

One of the most questionable practices of Labcorp is their "bill dispute" process on their website. If you plan on disputing your bill, don't bother filling out the form. Despite receiving an email confirming your dispute submission and Labcorp's promise to respond within 2 business days, you will never hear back from them.

I tried submitting my dispute three times and received the same result each time - confirmation but no response. Frustrated, I contacted their Billing Department and was surprised to learn that they were not aware of any such billing dispute process offered by Labcorp. My attempts to find out what happened to my disputes led me nowhere, except for encountering the rudest treatment from a female customer service representative, who I was transferred to by the confused billing representative.

I am determined to uncover the truth behind this nonexistent "billing dispute" practice and, if necessary, file a formal complaint with the appropriate oversight bodies. This deceptive tactic, along with Labcorp's lack of transparency and often higher pricing compared to their competitors, has definitely pushed me away from using Labcorp's services in the future.

"This is the most disorganized and chaotic event I have ever attended. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that there was a complete lack of planning and coordination. The schedule was constantly changing, leaving attendees confused and frustrated. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the large crowd. This place is absolutely chaotic and repulsive. I walked in and have been waiting for an hour and a half without getting my blood drawn. They initially told me it would only take an hour, which is already unacceptable considering they only have one technician and a massive room filled with waiting patients. It's beyond comprehension how they can be so severely understaffed. I will definitely never come back to this place.

"Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible."
I keep receiving invoices for someone else's lab tests. I contacted them and they assured me they would resolve the issue. I also requested a refund for the payments I made for tests that weren't mine, and they agreed. However, after a few months, I received another bill and still no refund. I called again, and they informed me that they couldn't take any action until they spoke to the other person's doctor to confirm their name. I asked to be transferred to someone who could assist me immediately. Unfortunately, I was connected to a very unpleasant lady who saw no reason for me to request a transfer. She also didn't understand why I was upset about paying for tests that weren't mine. I explained that the services were provided in a different city and that we had different doctors. In the end, she abruptly ended the call, leaving me frustrated. I cannot trust a laboratory that cannot handle their billing correctly and treats customers in such a manner.

"The customer service was absolutely terrible."
It's absolutely impossible to reach someone through their customer service line. I sent them an email, but even after 4 days, all I received was a generic response promising to get back to me soon. Unfortunately, when I finally managed to get through to a representative on the phone, she seemed completely clueless about how to assist me.

"I have been a loyal customer of LabCorp for several years now."
I have been a LabCorp customer for several years now. About a year ago, I relocated to Florida permanently. The technicians at the LabCorp branch located inside Walgreens on Pine Island Road are absolutely fantastic. I really dislike having to get blood work done, but they manage to make the whole process much more tolerable. I truly commend these ladies for their exceptional service. They are truly the best.

"These individuals are absolute divas."
These individuals are absolutely self-centered. They have the audacity to shut down their operations at 4PM. It's evident that their main focus is on generating profits from insurance and Medicare, solely to boost their own executive bonuses. Clearly, they have no regard for the well-being of their patients, as they fail to comprehend the struggles faced by hardworking individuals who have to sacrifice their livelihoods. This is nothing short of a deceitful scheme.

This place is incredibly rude and unprofessional! It's clear that the staff here have no interest in their jobs. I strongly recommend that each of them take a moment to reflect on their career choices and decide what they would rather be doing. Acting childish and rebellious towards customers is completely unacceptable. I have serious doubts about whether my blood testing will be handled according to proper professional protocols.

Your company is one of the main contributors to our depleted Medicare funds. They charge a whopping $26.25 just to insert the needle into my arm for blood drawing, and then they charge additional fees for processing. Isn't this an outrageous overcharge? I will definitely be seeking an alternative place to have my blood drawn from now on.

I have been employed at LabCorp for 5 years, and unfortunately, from the second day onwards, I have experienced consistent harassment from both older coworkers and management. It is unclear why they had such a dislike towards me. I have been threatened by both my older coworkers and management, and despite seeking help from management, they failed to take any action to address the harassment, disregarding company policies. On multiple occasions, I have been subjected to threats, lies, and false accusations. Additionally, my manager wasted a significant amount of my time without making any effort to resolve the issue. I even received threats from upper management. This company is an absolute nightmare to work for, with a toxic work environment and terrible individuals.

"There has been a noticeable decline in the quality of service at Lab Corp."
Something has definitely taken a turn for the worse. I have been to four different locations in Snohomish County, Washington multiple times as I have a bi-monthly testing schedule. Unfortunately, they have consistently failed to deliver my specimen to the U of W lab within the required 10-day period before the clearly marked expiration date. This has happened twice now, and to make matters worse, there have been no lab results posted at all. On top of that, I have encountered three instances where there were no personnel available in the office, leaving a dozen patients waiting outside the locked doors, even though some of them had scheduled their visits online days in advance.

It seems that having only one person responsible for blood draws at each location has become the norm, even at the extremely busy main hospital location. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, as I have never encountered the same person twice at any of the locations, assuming anyone even shows up at all.

"I would recommend looking for another place to get your bloodwork done."
I went for my routine bloodwork on Friday, 6/23/23, as part of my annual physical and mandatory HIV testing. The following day, I received a notification stating that there would be a 2-day delay in receiving the HIV screening results due to a new government regulation. However, the results had already been sent to my doctor, and I would receive them on 6/28/23. There was no mention of my other routine bloodwork. I find it puzzling that the results can be sent to my doctor but not to me, especially considering that my insurance is covering the cost. Interestingly, two of my coworkers also had their bloodwork done on the same day with the same orders. One chose a hospital clinic in WV, and the other went to a hospital clinic in OH. Both of them received all their results the next day without any delay. It seems that this government regulation only applies to LabCorp, assuming it even exists. It has now been five days, and I still haven't received the results for my normal bloodwork. I reached out to LabCorp via email twice, receiving the usual generic response the first time, and no response at all to my second email. I'm starting to suspect that my bloodwork may have been lost. In hindsight, I regret not paying the $70 to go to either hospital clinic.

"The service provided was extremely conscientious."
I recently went to the Lab Corp branch on 900 Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida for my regular blood work. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the two Lab Corp employees, Portia Ferguson and Octavia. They were extremely courteous, friendly, and patient, and their knowledge in their field was evident. Moreover, their integrity was commendable. In my opinion, they truly deserve a special bonus for their exceptional service.

"My insurance is not accepted, so I have to pay."
I had made an online appointment six weeks in advance and was asked to provide all my insurance information. The appointment was successfully accepted and confirmed. However, upon my arrival, I attempted to check in using the QR Code provided in my confirmation email, but unfortunately, the scanner did not respond to it. Consequently, I had to manually re-enter my personal data and driver's license information at the scanner.

To my surprise, when my name was called to go in, I was informed for the first time that Lab Corp does not accept my insurance. They informed me that I would have to pay their fee for the labwork instead. Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I declined their offer and decided to leave. I am curious as to why my insurance information was accepted during the appointment booking process.

"This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced."
I have never encountered such terrible customer service before. They are extremely unhelpful and seem to view speaking with me as a burden. What's even worse is that this has happened on multiple occasions, not just with one service representative.

I recently sent a lab specimen, which consisted of a cup filled with 15" roundworms, to be tested. I had collected the worms the day before and kept them refrigerated until I could take them to Patient First for testing. However, the results from Lab Corps came back negative for any parasites or parasite eggs. It's worth mentioning that last year, I also went to Patient First to have my stool tested for parasites and the results were also negative. It seems evident that both Patient First and Lab Corps are not fulfilling their responsibilities adequately. I refuse to pay for the latest lab results as well. Unfortunately, I don't have the exact date of the lab results at the moment, but the provided date is an approximation. Considering that parasites are believed to be the primary cause of most, if not all, cancers, it appears that both Patient First and Lab Corps are displaying deliberate negligence and even attempting murder.
